The Meadowhall outlet is in the Oasis food court. There are no accessible sockets on the ground floor level but some at a desk space adjacent to the Free Charging points on the upper level.
O2 wifi was very slow, but it was a Saturday lunchtime. However BT Wifi worked well Tea = 99p
